The London Marathon 2023
We at Sale Harriers have a proud tradition of success at The London Marathon with many athletes achieving their lifetime bests at this prestigious event.
As a large, successful running club we at Sale Harriers are allocated 4 guaranteed places for the event taking place on the 23rd April 2023. These places will be allocated fairly by us from our fully paid up membership. You must be a registered 1st claim Sale Harrier and you must make your application to us well before the deadline of Friday the 25th of November this year.
Priority will be given to those who have tried before to get a place through the ballet but have been unsuccessful. There is no qualifying time and if we receive more than 4 applications of equal merit then the recipients will be randomly selected.
Please do not apply if you have ‘good for age’ or elite qualifications. Over 18s only.
Apply in writing stating your reasons for wanting the place.
