AGM and Life Membership Awards

The recent AGM went very well with a great turnout and a really positive vibe. Thank you to all who took the trouble to attend, I hope you all enjoyed the event. It was revealed that the club is financially on a good footing and in the year ahead there are some exciting events planned.

A moment of reflection was observed to mark the sad loss of Morris Jefferson who died recently. Morris was a committed committee member and long standing supporter of the club who will be sadly missed.

The current officers were voted in for another year with a resounding vote of confidence. The meeting ended with the presentation of 3 Lifetime Membership Awards to 3 individuals who epitomise the hard work and commitment that many of our unpaid supporters give to the club. Presented by our club president and chairman David Brown CBE.
